This page allows you to view the quick code details. Tell me more.
Select “View Quick Codes” link under the “Work Center” business component.
The “View Quick Code Details” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date format |
The valid date format, specified in the organizational model, in which the date appears in this page. |
Enter the following filter criteria, to search for a particular quick code:

Quick Code Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the quick code to be viewed. The system provides the options “Facility category”, “Work Center category”, “Certificate Group”, "Attendance Type", "Facility Object User Status’ ‘Facility Object Class", “Constituent Status, "Roster Code", "Slot Category" and “Work Center Area”. If interaction is defined between the current business component and the “Facility Management” business component, the system also lists the options ‘Facility Object User Status’, ‘Facility Object Class’ and ‘Constituent Status'. The system sets the field to “Facility category” by default. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the quick code to be viewed. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve quick codes irrespective of the status. The system displays this field as “Active” by default. |

Org Unit Name |
Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit in which the quick code to be viewed was created. The system lists all the quick codes that are created in the organizational unit specified here. By default, the organizational unit you have logged into is displayed. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to view the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the multiline based on the filter criteria entered:

Quick Code |
The quick code for which the details are to be viewed. |

Description |
The textual description of the quick code. |
|
Status |
The status of the quick code which can be either “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Created By |
The user who created the quick code. |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the quick code was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The user who modified the quick code. |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the quick code was last modified. |
