This page helps you to modify the quick codes defined for "Work Center" business component. Tell me more.
Select the “Edit Quick Codes” link at the bottom of the “Select Quick Code” page.
The “Edit Quick Code Details” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The valid date format, specified in the organizational model, in which the date appears in this page. |
Enter the following field:
Quick Code |
The quick code for which the details are to be modified. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to modify the status of the quick code. The system provides the options “Active” or “Inactive”. Set the status as “Inactive” if you wish to disable the quick code from any future reference in other activities. |
The system displays the following fields:
Quick Code Type |
The type of the quick code which can be “Facility Category”, “Work Center Category”, ”Certificate Group”, ”Attendance Type”, “Facility Object User Status”, “Facility Object Class”, “Constituent Status”, “Roster Code”, "Slot Category" or “Work Center Area”.. |
Enter the following field:
Description |
The textual description of the quick code (Alphanumeric, 80). Mandatory. |
The system displays the following:
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the quick code. |
Created Date |
The date on which the quick code was created. |
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the quick code. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the quick code was last modified. |
Click the “Edit Quick Codes” pushbutton to modify the details of the quick code.
You cannot modify quick codes of Quick Code Type “Attendance Type”, if Component Interaction Model (CIM) interaction exists between the “Time Management” and “Shop Work Order” / “Flight log” business components.
Note: Since Time booking is managed by “Time Management” business component, quick codes can be modified only from the “Time Management Master” business component.
Modifying quick codes - An overview
This option allows you to modify the details of the selected quick code. Details such as the description and status can be modified. The system updates the details of the quick code and sets the “Last Modified Date” to the server date.
