Viewing component effectivity details for the task

This page allow you to view the details of the components that are applicable for the task. Tell me more

Select the “View Component Effectivity” link at the bottom of the “View Task Information” page.

The “View Component Effectivity” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Task Details” group box:

Task #	The task selected for viewing.
Revision No	The revision number of the task for which the Component Effectivity details are displayed
Task Description	The textual description of the task.
Task Applicability	Indicates whether the task is applicable for “Aircraft”, “Engine” or “Component”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” multiline:

Part #

The component on which the task must be performed.

The system displays the “Mfr. Part #” and “Mfr. #” fields, and hides the “Part #” field above, if the parameter “Enable Manufacturer Part # control in transaction” for the Category ‘Manufacturer Part #’ is set as “Yes” in the “Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component.

Mfr. Part #	The number assigned to the part, by the manufacturer of the part.
Mfr. #	The code identifying the manufacturer of the part.
Part Description	The textual description of the component.
Prime Part Group Applicability	The Prime Part Group Applicability will not have any impact on Task-Part effectivity. The system lists the values “Yes” and “No”.

Created by	The login user name of the employee who created the component effectivity record.
Create Date/Time	The date and time when the component effectivity record was created.
Last Modified by	The login user ID of the employee who most recently modified the component effectivity record.
Last Modified Date/Time	The date and time when the component effectivity record was most recently modified.
Comments	Any additional information on the applicability of the task to the component.

To proceed carry out the following:

Select the “View Maint. Operator Effectivity” link at the bottom of the page to view the maintenance operator effectivity details.
Select the “View Task Part Mod Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the part modification details for the task.

Viewing component effectivity details for the task – An overview

You can view the details of the components that are applicable for the task. Details such as the task number, description, revision number, part number and part description can be viewed.

The system further indicates whether the task is applicable for all the serial number of the part and for the all serial number of the part whose base part number is the specified part.
