The selected access panel task number.

Status

The status of the access panel task, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.

AP Task Description

The textual description of the access panel task.

AP Task Type

The type of the access panel task, which could be “Open” or “Closed”.

DSC #

The dependent system condition to which the access panel task is associated.

DSC description

The description of the dependent system condition.

Est. Elapsed Time

The total time estimated for completing the access panel task.

 

The unit of measurement for the time allotted for the task, which could be “Hours”, “Minutes” or “Days”, is displayed alongside.

Est. Man Hrs.

The total man-hours estimated for completing the access panel task.

Maint. Manual Ref. #

The Aircraft Maintenance Manual or the Component Maintenance Manual item number of the task.

System Reference #

The system reference number of the task (Alphanumeric, 30)

Base Aircraft Model #

The number identifying the base aircraft model on which the access panel task can be performed

Seq #

The sequence in which the subtask should be performed, while executing an access panel task

Sub Tasks

The sub task that has to be performed while executing the access panel task.

Resource Group

Indicates, whether the sub task is to be performed by an “Inspector”, “Mechanic” or “Both”.

Document ID

The name of the reference document which contain the description, drawing or any other detail about the sub task.

File Name

The file name of the document

Maint. Manual Ref. #

The Aircraft Maintenance Manual or the Component Maintenance Manual item number of the sub-task

DSC #

The dependent system condition to which the sub-task must be associated

DSC Description

The textual description of the dependent system condition.

The system displays the following:

Link Info

Indicates whether part or resource details are defined for the access panel task. The system displays one of the following:

 

  • P - if part details are available

 

  • R – if resource details are available

 

  • P/R – if both part and resource details are available.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statictics” group box.

Created By

The name of the user who created the access panel task.

Created date

The date on which the access panel task was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who modified the access panel task.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the access panel task was last modified.

Comments

Any additional comments or remarks pertaining to the access panel task.
