This page allow you to retrieve the details of the access panel task that is already defined. You can carry out the search using the access panel task number, its description, type and the organization unit. Details such as access panel task, its description, its type, organizational unit name and description in which the access panel task is created are displayed.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Access Panel Task #” field in the main screen.
The “Help on Access Panel Task #” page appears.
Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for an access panel task. Data entry in the following fields is optional:
Access Panel Task # |
The access panel task number for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the access panel task number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the access panel task numbers that are similar to the values entered here. |
AP Task Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the access panel task to be retrieved, which could be “Open” or “Close”. The system lists all the access panel tasks that are of the type specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of access panel tasks irrespective of the type. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
AP Task Description |
Enter the full description of the access panel task to be retrieved or specify it partially using the “*” character (Alphanumeric, 150). The system lists all the access panel tasks whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |
Aircraft Model # |
The aircraft model number to which the access panel task is associated (Alphanumeric, 30). The system lists all the access panel tasks with the aircraft model number entered here. |
The system displays the following field:
Org. Unit Name |
The description of the organizational unit in which the access panel task is defined. |
Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system will list all the access panel tasks that are defined.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the ”Search Result” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

The type of the access panel task, which could be ”Open” or “Close”. |

The base aircraft model identified for the access panel task |
Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the access panel task.
