This page allows you to view the TCD details for the selected supplier. Tell me more.
Select the “View Part Level TCD” link at the bottom of the “View Location Details” page.
The “View Part Level TCD” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Supplier Details” group box:

Supplier # |
The supplier selected in the “Select Supplier” page whose part level TCD details are displayed in this page. |

Supplier Name |
The name of the supplier. |
|
Supplier Type |
The type of the supplier, which could be “Normal” or “Miscellaneous”. |
|
Supplier Category |
The user-defined code that identifies the category of the supplier. |
Enter the following field:

Part # |
The part for which the mapped TCD codes are displayed in this page (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory. Ensure that this is a valid part for the selected supplier and already defined in the “Create Parts Main Information” activity of the “Part Administration’ business component. |

Part Description |
The textual description of the specified part. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton, to retrieve the TCD and TCD variant details for the specified part.
The system displays the following in the “TCD Details” multiline:

TCD # |
The number identifying the Taxes, Charges and Discounts (TCD) that is applicable to the specified part supplied by the selected supplier. |

TCD Variant # |
The number identifying the variant for the corresponding TCD. |
|
TCD Description |
The textual description of the TCD. |
|
TCD Variant Description |
The textual description of the TCD variant. |
|
TCD Type |
The type of TCD, which could be “Tax”, “Charge” or “Discount”. |
|
Basis |
The basis on which the TCD is applicable, which could be “Flat”, “Unit Rate” or “Percentage”. |
|
Charge Type |
The charge type for the TCH type ‘Charge’. |
|
TCD Rate |
The rate of TCD that is applicable to the supplier. |

Select the "View Contact Information" link at the bottom of the page, to view the supplier contact information.
Select the "View Pay To Supplier Details" link at the bottom of the page, to view the pay to supplier details.
Viewing part level TCD – An overview
This page allows you to view the TCD details for the selected supplier. You can further filter the search in this page by specifying the part for which you need to view the TCD details. You can specify only those parts, which are mapped to the selected supplier. You can view TCD code, TCD variant code, TCD description, TCD variant description, TCD type, basis and TCD rate, in this page.
