Viewing plan reservation information

This page allows you to view the details of the plan demands reserved against the selected free firm receipt. Tell me more.

Select the “View Plan Reservation” link at the bottom of the “View Free Stock Detailed Information” page.

The “View Plan Reservation Information” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Review Details” group box:

Stocking Location	The location of the stock, which is “Warehouse”.
Required Date	The date for which the plan reservation information is displayed.
Part #	The code identifying the part.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
	Zoom facility available.
Required UOM	The unit of measurement in which the part is required.
Stock UOM	The unit of measurement in which the part is stocked.
Warehouse #	The code identifying the warehouse for which the plan reservation information is displayed.
Warehouse Description	The textual description of the warehouse.
	Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Receipt Details“ group box:

Receipt Document #	The number identifying the receipt document.
Receipt Date	The date on which the stock was received.
Doc Source Point	The organization unit in which the stock was received.
Document Type	The type of the document.
Qty Reserved by Plan Demands	The quantity of the firm receipt reserved by the planned demands.

Note: The system displays the document type as “Physical Stock”, if the document type of the selected receipt in the “View Free Stock Detailed Information” page is “Physical Stock”.

Note: This quantity will be same as the physical stock, if the receipt document type is “Physical stock”.

The system displays the following in the “Plan Reserved Details” multiline:

Plan Demand Date	The date on which the plan demand is raised.
Demand Document #	The number identifying the document that raised the demand.
Document Type	The type of the document.
Doc Source Point	The organization unit in which the demand is raised.
Demand Qty	The quantity of the part demanded.
Qty Reserved with this Receipt	The quantity of the firm receipt reserved by this plan demand.
Document Line #	The line number in the document that raised the plan demand.
Document Schedule #	The schedule number in the document that raised the plan demand.

Viewing plan reservation information – An overview

The system displays the plan demand date, plan demand document number, type of document, quantity demanded and the quantity of demand reserved against the selected free firm receipt.
