The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The number identifying the stock conversion document to be modified (Alphanumeric, 18).

Search for a stock conversion document

Stock Conversion #

The number identifying the stock conversion document to be modified (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the stock conversion document numbers similar to the value entered here.

Status

User the drop-down list box to select the status of the document to be modified. The system provides the options “Draft” and “Fresh”. Leave this field blank to retrieve all “Draft” and “Fresh” stock conversion documents available in the login organization unit.

Warehouse #

Use the drop-down list box to select the number identifying the warehouse for the login organization unit and the transaction “Stock Conversion”. The system lists all the warehouses that have already been defined in the “Create Warehouse Information” activity of the “Storage Administration” business component, that are in the “Active” status.

Conversion Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the stock conversion transaction. The drop-down list box displays the following: Ownership and Stock Status. To retrieve stock conversion transactions that affected ownership or stock status of parts, select the relevant value from the drop-down list box.

Category

Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the stock conversion document to be modified. The system lists all the quick codes of the type “Category” defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity and that are in “Active” status.

User Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the user status of the stock conversion document. The system lists all the quick codes of the type “User Status” defined in the ‘Create Quick Codes” activity, that are in “Active” status. Leave the field blank, if you do not wish to specify the user status.

Part #

The number identifying the part available in the stock conversion document you wish to modify (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Part Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the part from “Raw Material”, “Component”, “Expendable”,"Miscellaneous", “Tool”, “Consumable”, and “Kit”. The system displays “Component” by default.

Zone/Bin Change?

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether stock conversion involves intra-warehouse transfer of parts. The drop-down list box displays the following: No and Yes. The system retrieves those stock conversion transactions that involved intra-warehouse transfer of parts, if you select ‘Yes’. Conversely, to retrieve conversion transactions that did not result in zone/bin change for parts, select ‘No’.

Condition Change?

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether stock conversion involves change in condition of the part. The drop-down list box displays the following: No and Yes.  The system retrieves those stock conversion transactions that involved condition change of parts, if you select ‘Yes’. Conversely, to retrieve conversion transactions that did not result in condition change of parts, select ‘No’.

Note: Leave all the fields blank, to retrieve all the stock conversion documents available in the login organization unit.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the search criteria entered:

Stock Conversion #

The number identifying the stock conversion document.

Status

The status of the stock conversion document.

Warehouse #

The number identifying the warehouse in which the stock is available.

Category

The category to which the stock conversion document belongs (if any).

User Status

The user-defined status assigned to the stock conversion document (if any).

Create Date

The date on which the stock conversion document was created.
