Part Inquiry - A Summary of the Activity

This page enables the customer to have a visibility of stock levels with the MRO. With the help of this screen, the customer while recording a request for quotation will be able to estimate if the parts will be delivered by the MRO at the earliest, as it is linked in the Customer Portal.

This screen also serves the purpose of a Quotation aid screen to the CSR while recording Pre-Order Quotation as it provides a complete view on the Previous Quotes sent to the Customer, Procurement Details, and Quotes from the Suppliers and various Pricelist applicable for a given Part.
