Short Close Purchase Request – A summary of the activity

In this activity you can short close the purchase request at the document level. Short closing a purchase request enables you to stop further ordering for parts against the document, if the balance requirement is no more felt. On short closing the purchase request the system updates the status as “Short Closed” and cancels all the unutilized or pending quantity of the material raised against the PR.
