This page allows you to view the main details of the selected service.
Select the “View Service Part Information” link in the “Select Service #” page. Alternatively, select the hyperlinked service number in the multiline of the same page.
The “View Service Main Information” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this screen. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “Service Identification Details” group box.

Service # |
The unique number identifying the service to be viewed. |

Reference Status |
The reference status of the service, which could be one of the following: |

Service Description |
A textual description of the service |

Key Word |
A keyword used to identify the service easily |

Service Type |
The type of the service, which could be Regular”, “Conversion” or “Activity”. |

Service Category |
The category to which the service belongs. |

Standard Cost |
The standard cost of the service |

Default UOM |
The default unit of measurement of the service |

User Defined Detail - 1 |
Any user-defined detail regarding the service creation |

Any user-defined detail regarding the service creation |

Remarks |
Any remark or comment pertaining to the service creation |

File Name |
The name of the file used for document reference that is associated with the service |
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Planning Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the planning information of the service.
Select the “View Purchase Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the purchase information of the service.
Select the “View Attribute Mapping” link at the bottom of the page to view the attributes associated to the service.
