Viewing attribute details for a part group

You can view the details of the attributes associated to the part group in this page. Details such as attribute code, attribute description, attribute type, unit of measurement, minimum value, maximum value, standard value and standard qualitative value of the attribute are displayed.
Select the “View Attributes” link in the “View Part Groups” page.
The “View Attributes” page appears.
The system displays the following fields “Group Information” group box:

Group Code |
The part group for which the attribute details are displayed. |

Group Description |
The textual description of the part group. |
|
Controlled Group |
Indicates whether the part group is controlled or not. The system displays “Yes” for controlled part groups and “No” if the part group is not controlled. |

Purpose |
The purpose of the part group. The system displays the one of the following values: "Pricing", "Taxes and Charges", "Product Line", "Capability Definition" and, "VAT". |
The system displays the following fields in the “Attribute Information” multiline:

Attribute Code |
The code identifying the attribute that is associated to the part group |
|
Attribute Description |
The textual description of the attribute. |
|
Attribute Type |
The type of the attribute, which could be “Quantitative” or “Qualitative”. |
|
UOM |
The unit of measurement when the attribute type of the part is “Quantitative”. This field is displayed only for the quantitative attribute. |
|
Minimum Value |
The minimum quantitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the part group |
|
Maximum Value |
The maximum quantitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the part group |
|
Standard Value |
The standard quantitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the part group |

Std Qualitative Value |
The standard qualitative value that can be assigned to the attribute of the part group |
