Viewing program level references

This page enables you to view the program level references. Tell me more.

Select the “View Program Level References” link in the “Edit Aircraft Specific Maintenance Program” page.

The “View Program Level References” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Maintenance Program Details” group box:

Maintenance Program #	The number identifying the maintenance program for which reference document details are displayed.
Revision #	The revision number of the maintenance program.
Program Desc	The textual description of the maintenance program.
Status	The status of the maintenance program, which could be “Fresh”, “Active”, “Inactive”,”Revised” or “Return”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reference Document Details” multiline:

Ref. Document Type	The type of the reference document for the maintenance program.
Ref. Document #	The number identifying the reference document.
Document Name	The reference document name.
File Name	The file name of the reference document.
Remarks	Any additional information specified for the reference document.

Viewing the program level references – An overview

This page enables you to view the details of the reference documents for the maintenance program and the Aircraft associated to it. Details of the reference documents such as the document type, document number, document name and the file name are displayed.
