This page enables you to view the details of escalation of the work units in the program. Tell me more

The “View Short term Escalation Summary” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Maintenance Program Details” group box:

Task #

The task in the maintenance program for which the short term escalation was requested.

Task Description

The short name/description of the task.

Aircraft Reg. #

The aircraft associated with the aircraft maintenance program; the maintenance object on which the task is scheduled for execution.

Model #

The model of the aircraft associated with the aircraft maintenance program.

Part #/Serial #

The part/serial of the component in the aircraft on which the task is scheduled to be executed.

Component #

The component on which the task is scheduled to be executed.

Note that this component is attached to the aircraft.

Job Type

The job type of the task, such as Aircraft” or “On-Wing”. This indicates whether the task must be performed on the aircraft or on the component fitted to the aircraft.

Prog. Item Type

The program item type of the task such as Block, Conflict, Perpetual and As Required.

ATA #

The ATA # of the task.

Parent Task #

The parent task with which the task shares a Block relationship.

Maintenance Program #

The maintenance program for which the escalation details are retrieved.

Sequence #

The execution order of the task in the maintenance program.

The Short Term Escalation Request Details” multiline system displays the following details of short term escalation requests created for the work unit in the maintenance program.:

Short Term Esc. Ref #

The ID of the short term escalation for the work unit.

Status

The status of the escalation request, which can be “Processed”.

Schedule Date

The value at which the execution of the work unit is scheduled to commence.

Schedule Value

If multiple schedule values are available for a task, this field displays all of them concatenated by the separator “/”. For example, a task having schedules with NSV for FH & FC at 100 & 50 are displayed as "100 FH/50 FC".

Revised Till Date

The new schedule date for execution of the work unit after taking into consideration the escalated days/ parameters, such as FH/ FC specified in the short term escalation request.

Revised Till Value

The new schedule value for execution of the work unit after taking into consideration the escalated days/parameters like FH/ FC specified in the short term escalation request. .

If multiple new schedule dates values are available for a task, this field displays all of them concatenated by the separator “/”. For example, a task having revised schedules with NSV for FH & FC at 100 & 50 are displayed as "100 FH/50 FC".

Complied Date

The date on which the work unit was actually executed on the maintenance object.

Compiled Value

The value at which the work unit was actually executed on the maintenance object.

Created by

The login ID of the user who created the short term request.

Created Date & Time

The date on an time at which the short term escalation was created.

Approved by

The login ID of the user who authorized the short term request.

Approved Date & Time

The date on and the time at which the user authorized the short term request.

 

 

Viewing the escalation details of the maintenance program – An overview

View work package - a summary of the activity

Details of escalation such as the short term escalation request based on which the escalation was made, the scheduled date at which the execution of the work unit was supposed to commence, the date till which the execution of the work unit was deferred are retrieved in the multiline.
