This page enables you to view the additional work units that have been specified for the work packages in the aircraft specific maintenance program. You can select a specific work package and view the additional work units that have been specified for it.

The “Aircraft Exceptions “Expand Work Scope” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Aircraft Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft.

Aircraft Model #

The aircraft model to which the aircraft belongs.

Sub Fleet #

The sub fleet to which the aircraft is a part of.

The system displays the following fields in the “Maintenance Program Details” group box:

Maintenance Program #

The maintenance program to which the aircraft is associated.

Revision #

The revision number of the maintenance program.

Program Desc

The description of the maintenance program.

 

Zoom facility available

Status

The status of the specific revision of the maintenance program.

Work Package #

Use the drop-down list box to select the work package for which additional work units must be viewed. The system lists all the work packages that are specified for the maintenance program associated to the aircraft.

The system displays this field on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Package Desc

The description of the work package.

 

Zoom facility available

Primary Work Center #

The primary work center in which the work package must be executed.

The system displays the following field in the “Additional Work Units” multiline:

Link Info

The link information for the work unit.

Seq #

The sequence in which the work unit should be performed in the work package

Work Unit #

The task or standard procedure, to be performed as part of the work package

Work Unit Type

The type of the work unit, which could be “Task” or “Standard Procedure”.

Work Center #

The work center where the work unit must be performed.

Est. Man Hrs.

The total man-hours estimated for executing the work unit.

Time Unit

Use the drop-down list box to specify the unit of measurement for the time allotted for the work unit. The time unit could be “Minutes”, ”Hours” or “Days”.

Est. Time

The time estimated for completing the task or standard procedure (Decimal). Mandatory. This value must be positive.

Eng. Doc #

The engineering document as a part of which the work unit was defined.

Revision #

The revision number of the engineering document.

Priority

The priority assigned to the work unit.

Mandatory ?

Indicates whether the execution of the work unit is mandatory in the work package. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.

Other References

Any other references based on which the work unit is specified for the work package.

Work Unit Description

The textual description of the work unit.

Work Center Description

The description of the work center.
