Viewing the reference documents specified for the program

Viewing the documents references for the maintenance program

This page enables you to view the reference documents based on which the program was created. Details of the reference documents such as the reference document type, its number, the document name and the file name are displayed.

Select the “View References for Aircraft Program” link in the “View Aircraft Schedule Summary Information” page.

The “View References for Aircraft Program” page appears.

The system displays the following details in the “Aircraft Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg #	The registration number of the aircraft that is associated to the program.
Aircraft Model #	The aircraft model to which the aircraft belongs.
Sub Fleet #	The sub fleet number to which the aircraft is a part of.

The system displays the following fields in the “Maintenance Program Information” group box:

Maintenance Program #	The maintenance program to which the aircraft is associated.
Revision #	The revision number of the maintenance program.
Program Desc	The description of the maintenance program.
	Zoom facility available
Status	The status of the maintenance program, which can be “Fresh”, “Active”, “Inactive” or “Return”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reference Document Details” multiline:

Ref. Document Type	The type of the reference document for which the maintenance program is created.
Ref. Document #	The reference document number.
Document Name	The reference document name.
File Name	The file name of the reference document.
Remarks	Any additional information specified for the reference document.
