Viewing the schedule details for related work units
This page enables you to view the schedule details for related work units of a work unit. You are provided the option of viewing either the schedule details of the primary work units of the work unit or the schedule details of the dependent work units of the work unit.
Select the “View Related Work Units” link from the “View Schedule Summary Information” page.
The “View Related Work Units” page appears
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following details in the “Aircraft Details” group box:
Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the aircraft that is associated to the program. |
Aircraft Model # |
The aircraft model to which the aircraft belongs. |
Sub Fleet # |
The sub fleet number to which the aircraft belongs. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Maintenance Program Details” group box:
Maintenance Program # |
The maintenance program to which the aircraft is associated. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the maintenance program. |
Program Desc |
The description of the maintenance program. |
Status |
The status of the maintenance program, which can be “Fresh”, “Active”, “Inactive” or “Return”. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Work Unit Details” group box:
Work Unit # |
The work unit for which the schedule details of the related work units must be retrieved. |
Work Unit Type |
The type of the work unit. |
Work unit Desc |
The description of the work unit. |
Enter the following fields in the “Work Unit Details” group box:
Relationship Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of relationship for which the schedule details must be retrieved. The system provides the following options:

Work Unit # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the work unit for which you wish to view the details of the schedules. The system lists in this field the primary or the dependent work units of the work unit displayed in the “Work Unit Details” group box, based on the option selected in the “Relationship Type” field. |

The type of the work unit. |
Work unit Desc |
The description of the work unit. |
Execution Type |
The execution type of the work unit, which can be “Major” or “Minor”. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Schedule Details” group box:
Schedule Type |
The type of the schedule which can be “One Time” or “Recurring”. |
Updation Basis |
The mode by which the due dates for performing the work units must be calculated, which can be “Schedule” or “Actual Completion”. |
Schedule Exec Rule |
Indicates the schedule execution rule of the work unit. The system displays one of the following:

The system displays the following fields in the “Date Based Schedule Details” group box:
Time Unit |
The time unit for the date based schedule. The system displays “Minutes”, “Hours” or “Days”. |
Threshold Date |
The date on which the first execution of the work unit is due |
Last Performed Date |
The date on which the work unit was last performed. |
Next Scheduled Date |
The next scheduled date of the work unit. |
Earliest Schedule Date |
The earliest scheduled date of the work unit. |
Latest Schedule Date |
The latest scheduled date of the work unit. |
Alert Date |
The date on which an alert message will be displayed about an impending due date for work unit execution. |
Remaining Days |
The number of days remaining for executing the work unit. |
Terminating Date |
The date on which the work unit must be terminated. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Usage Based Schedule Details” multiline:
Parameter |
The parameter based on which the work unit is performed. |
UOM |
The unit of measurement of the parameter. |
Threshold Value |
The parameter value at which the first execution of the work unit is due. |
Last Performed Value |
The last parameter value at which the work unit must be performed. |
Next Schedule Value |
The parameter value at which the work unit is next due to be executed. |
Earliest Schedule Value |
The earliest parameter value at which the work unit must be executed. |
Latest Schedule Value |
The latest parameter value at which the work unit must be executed. |
Alert Value |
The parameter value at which an alert message is displayed for an impending execution due for the work unit. |
Remaining Value |
The difference between the current parameter value and the next due parameter value. |
Terminating Value |
The parameter value, reaching which the work on the work unit must be terminated. |
Parameter Description |
The description of the parameter. |
