Help on aircraft maintenance program

This page enables you to retrieve aircraft maintenance programs based on a search criteria. You can carry out a search based on the organization unit, the maintenance program number, the category to which the program belongs and the description of the program. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the aircraft maintenance programs that are in an “Active” status, in the multiline.
Select the lens icon positioned next to the “Maintenance Program #” field in the “Create Aircraft Maintenance Program” page.
The “Help on Maintenance Program” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Org. Unit Name |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve the maintenance programs based on the organizational unit for which it was created. The system lists all the organization units interacting with the current business component. The system leaves the field blank by default. |

Maintenance Program # |
The maintenance program to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the maintenance program number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all maintenance programs with similar numbers. |

Program Category |
Use the drop-down list box to retrieve programs belonging to a specific category. The system lists all quick codes defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of type “Program Category”. |

Program Desc |
The description of the program to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all programs with similar description. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” group box:

Maintenance Program # |
The maintenance program retrieved by the system. |
|
Revision # |
The revision number of the maintenance program. |
|
Program Desc |
The description of the maintenance program. |
|
Program Category |
The category to which the program belongs. |
|
Org. Unit Name |
The organizational unit to which the maintenance program belongs. |
Check the box in the multiline to select the maintenance program.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
