Viewing document references for the MCR

This page allows you to view the reference document details for the MCR. Tell me more

Select the “View Reference Details” link at the bottom of the “View Maintenance Change Request” page.

The “View References Information” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “MCR Details” group box:

MCR #	The number identifying the MCR for which the references information is displayed.
Revision #	The revision number of the MCR.
Subject	The textual description of the MCR.
Source Doc Type	The type of the source document to which the MCR belongs.

Enter the following field in the “Group Details” group box to select the applicability group for viewing the document reference information:

Applicability Group #

Use the drop-down list box to select the group of aircraft, component or engine for which the MCR is applicable. The system lists the group numbers created in the “Aircraft Effectivity” page if the MCR is applicable for aircraft, or the group numbers defined in the “Component Effectivity” page if the MCR is applicable for component or engine.

Leave this field blank to view the reference document details with respect to the MCR and the revision number combination.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to view the reference document information for the selected applicability group.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reference Document Details” multiline:

Reference Doc Type	The type of the document to which the reference document belongs.
Document #	The number identifying the reference document that must be referred to, during the execution of the MCR.
Description	The textual description of the reference document.
Remarks	Any remark pertaining to the referencing of the document during MCR execution.
File Name	The file name of the document that contains the reference information.

Viewing document references for the MCR - An overview

This page enables you to view the reference document details for the MCR. The execution of MCR might involve referencing of previously executed documents, manuals, drawings, etc. These details recorded as reference information in the “Create MCR” activity are displayed in this page.

You can view the reference details for a specific applicability group. The document type, the reference document number, description and remarks are listed in the multiline.
