Viewing change order information for the MCR
This page allows you to view the details of the change orders that are raised against the MCR . Tell me more
Select the “View Change Order Details” link at the bottom of the ”Select Maintenance Change Request” page.
The “View Change Order Details” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “MCR Details” group box:
MCR # |
The number identifying the MCR for which change order information is displayed. |
Revision |
The revision number of the MCR. |
Subject |
The textual description of the MCR. |
Source Doc Type |
The type of the source document to which the MCR belongs. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Change Order Details” multiline:
Change Doc Type |
The system displays “Yes” to indicate that the change order is triggered by the MCR. |
Change Order # |
The change order raised against the MCR. |
Status |
The status of the change order |
Revision No |
The revision number of the change order, if any. |
Created Date |
The date on which the change order was created. |
Release Date |
The date on which the change order was released. |
Viewing change order information for the MCR – An overview
In this page, you can view the details of the change orders that are raised against the MCR. The engineering changes can be effected only after the release of these change orders. For more details refer to “Creating Engineering Document – An overview” under the “Engineering Document” business component.
This page enables you to view the change orders that are generated from the MCR. The MCR details such as the MCR number, revision number, subject and source document type are displayed. The change order details such as such as the change document type, change order number, revision number, date on which the change order was created and the date on which the change order was released are listed in the multiline
