Viewing concurrent requirements for the MCR

This page allows you to view the concurrent requirement details of the MCR. Tell me more

Select the “View Concurrent Requirements” link at the bottom of the “View Maintenance Change Request” page.

The “View Concurrent Requirements” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default

The system displays the following fields in the “MCR Details” group box:

MCR #	The number identifying the MCR for which the concurrent requirement details are displayed.
Revision #	The revision number of the MCR.
Subject	The textual description of the MCR.
Source Doc Type	The type of the source document to which the MCR belongs.

Enter the following field in the “Group Details” group box:

Applicability Group #

Use the drop-down list box to select the group of aircraft, component or engine for which the MCR is applicable. The system lists the group numbers created in the “Aircraft Effectivity” page if the MCR is applicable for aircraft, or the group numbers defined in the “Component Effectivity” page if the MCR is applicable for component or engine.

Leave this field blank to view the concurrency details with respect to the MCR and the revision number combination.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details.

The system displays the following fields in the “Concurrency Details” multiline:

MCR #	The number identifying the MCR raised earlier that is related to the current MCR.
Revision #	The revision number of the MCR.
Subject	The textual description of the MCR.
MCR Issue Date	The date on which the MCR was issued.
Relationship Type	The type of the relationship between the MCR raised earlier and the current MCR. The system displays one of the following:
	Simultaneous – Indicates that the MCR raised earlier can be executed simultaneously with the current MCR.
	Preceding - Indicates that the MCR raised earlier must be executed before the current MCR.
	Relational – Indicates that the MCR raised earlier is related with the current MCR in some other way.
Remarks	Any additional remark or comment pertaining to the execution of the former MCR with respect to the current MCR.

Viewing concurrent requirements for the MCR - An overview

This page allows you to view the concurrent requirement details of the MCR. The current MCR can be related to one or more MCRs raised earlier, that describe the pre-conditions for the execution of the current MCR. Such requirements are termed as “Concurrent requirements”. In this page, you can view the MCRs that are defined as concurrent requirements in the “Create MCR” activity for the current MCR.

The details can be viewed for a specific group of aircraft, component or engine for which the MCR is applicable. You can view the number identifying the former MCR, it’s revision number, subject and MCR issue date. The relationship between the former MCR and the current MCR, in terms of the order of execution, that is, whether the former MCR must be executed along with, or before the current MCR, and other relevant details are also displayed in the multiline.
