The system lists the group numbers created in the “Aircraft Effectivity” page if the MCR is applicable for “Aircraft” or the group numbers defined in the “Component Effectivity” page if the MCR is applicable for “Component” or “Engine”. Leave this field blank, if you wish to enter the compliance details with respect to the MCR and revision number combination. |
Note: If you have already defined the compliance details across the applicability groups for the MCR, then ensure that you do not select any applicability group in the “Applicability Group” field.
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the compliance details that have already been defined for the applicability group.
The system displays the following fields and the fields in the multiline if the compliance details have already been defined for the applicability group.
Enter the following fields in the “Schedule Details” multiline to add compliance details for “One Time” and “Recurring” Schedule Types
Note: All the validations applicable for “Date Based” and “Date & Usage Based” Compliance Types are not applicable for “As Required” and “Perpetual” Schedule Types:

Threshold |
The next scheduled value for the execution of the MCR (Decimal). Ensure that the value entered in this field is positive. |
Schedule Date |
The date on which the MCR must be executed (Date Format). Ensure that the date entered in the 'Schedule Date' field is in the format specified for the login user in the user preferences component to which the current component is interacting Data entry in this field is mandatory if the compliance type is set to “Date Based” or “Date & Usage Based” or when the “Threshold” field is left blank. |

Terminating Value |
The terminating value specified for the execution of the MCR in terms of parameters or days (Decimal). Ensure that the value entered in this field is positive. |
Terminating Date |
The terminating date specified for MCR execution (Date Format). If you leave this field blank and entered “Terminating Value”, then the system calculates the terminating date by adding the terminating value to the MCR ‘Receipt Date’. |
Enter the following fields in the “Compliance Parameters” multiline to add the parameter details only for “Usage Based” and “Date & Usage Based” MCR:
Parameter |
The code identifying the consumption parameter based on which the MCR compliance is determined (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory. Ensure that the consumption parameter is already defined in the “Create Aircraft Information” activity of the “Aircraft” business component and is in “Active” status. |
The parameter code should be unique for the applicability group. It is mandatory to enter a value in this field if a value exists in any other column in the multiline. Also, the existing field value cannot be modified. Help facility available. |
The system displays the following field on clicking the “Edit Compliance Details” pushbutton:

Defining compliance details for the MCR – An overview
The details regarding the compliance of the MCR can be entered in this page. The compliance of the MCR can be “Date Based”, “Usage Based” or “Date & Usage Based”. If the MCR execution has to be complied with before a particular date, then the MCR is “Date based”. An MCR, which is date based, can be executed only once or at repeated intervals.
Certain MCRs need to be complied with based on their usage type, which is measured in terms of the parameters. For example, if an MCR must be complied within 2,500 flight cycles after the effective date of the MCR, then the flight cycles is the consumption parameter and 2,500 is the compliance value. If the MCR compliance can be repeated at regular intervals, then you can specify the repeat interval value, say, 1,500 flight cycles. You can also specify a terminating value, say 5,000 flight cycles based on which the MCR compliance must be terminated.
In this page, for a “Date Based” MCR, you can specify the compliance date. You can also specify whether the execution of MCR compliance is “one time” or “recurring”. If the MCR compliance is recurring, you can specify the interval value.
For a “Usage Based” MCR, you can enter the parameter details and specify the compliance value, repeat interval value and the terminating value. Any other remarks pertaining to the compliance of the MCR can also be entered.
You can enter the compliance details for the MCR based on which the execution of MCR will be complied with. You can enter the details with respect to the MCR or MCR and applicability group combination.
Select the applicability group number in the “Applicability Group” drop-down list box.
Enter the compliance details in the “Compliance Details” group box.
Enter the consumption parameter details in the “Compliance Parameters” multiline.
