This page allows you to modify material request quick codes.

The “Edit Quick Code” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed

This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. If the format is not defined, the system will display the date format from the Enterprise Modeling business component by default.

Quick Code Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the quick code to be modified. The system provides the options: “MR Category” and “User Status”. It displays “MR Category” by default.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the quick code to be modified. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave this field blank to retrieve quick codes irrespective of their status. The system displays “Active” by default.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered

Quick Code

The quick code belonging to the selected quick code type or status

Description

The textual description of the quick code (Alphanumeric, 80)Mandatory

Status

Use the drop down list box to modify the status of the quick code. The system provides the options: “Active” and “Inactive”.

Set the status as “Inactive” if you wish to disable this quick code from future reference in other activities.

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Created By

The login ID of the user who has created the quick code.

Created Date

The date on which the quick code was created

Last Modified By

The login ID of the user that last modified the quick code.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the quick code was last modified

The system stores the server date as the “Last Modified Date”.
