Allocation Rules pop-up

Select the Rule icon in the “Manage Stock Allocation Rules” activity.

The “Allocation Rules” pop-up appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Rule ID	The unique number identifying the stock allocation rule.
Rule Description	The description of the Rule ID.
Effective From	The date from which the Rule ID Is effective.
Effective To	The date up to which the Rule ID is effective.

Select the “AND” tile to retrieve the parts that satisfies all the filters.
Select the “OR” tile to retrieve the parts that satisfies any one of the filters.
Select the “Not True” checkbox to retrieve the parts that do not satisfy the filters.
Enter the following fields to perform the advanced search:

Certificate Type Component Condition Stock Status	Equal Not equal	When “Certificate Type” is selected, the system lists all the valid Certificate Types defined in the “Create Certificate Type” screen of the “Logistics Common Master Business component”. When “Component Condition” is selected, the system lists the values “New”, “Overhauled”, “Serviceable”, “Unserviceable” and "Phased Out". When “Stock Status” is selected the system lists all the user defined stock statuses defined in the “Create User Defined Stock Status” activity of the “User Defined Stock Status” business component.
