Acknowledge Document Distribution – A summary of the activity

The documents that are registered in the library are distributed amongst the concerned persons/departments in accordance with the distribution list, so there arises a need for keeping a record of the routing of these technical documents. The activity “Acknowledge Document Distribution” allows you to acknowledge the receipt of the distributed documents. If a valid login user name is not available for the document users, the library in-charge himself/herself acknowledges the document distribution based on the details recorded in the “Record Document Distribution Information” page.
