If you have navigated to the Parts Hub page from the Work Reporting Hub page using the “Request Part” link, the multiline displays part requests of tasks / discrepancies selected in the Work Reporting Hub page depending on the value set for the process parameter “Default fetch of selected tasks/discrepancies from Work Reporting Hub in Parts Hub?” under entity type ‘Package Type’ and entity ‘All Packages’ in the “Define Process Parameters” activity of Common Master. The below table illustrates the part request retrieval in the multiline based on the process parameter value.

Note: Blank requests for parts for tasks / discrepancies facilitate users to input merely a few fields specific to individual material requests, such as Part # while the rest of the task / package information is inherited from Work Reporting Hub. This intuitive facility enables users to create material requests in the shortest time by cutting down time and navigation.
