Viewing Sign Off history of tasks

The “View Sign Off History“ window appears.

The multiline displays the following sign off details of the tasks / discrepancies from the package as selected from the previous page.

Task #	The task / subtask of which sign off details are displayed in the window.
Task / Subtask Desc	The description of the task / subtask.
Performed By	The name of the employee who performed the sign off action.
Resource Group	Iconic description of the resource group that signed off the task / discrepancy, such as Mechanic or Inspector.
Skill #	The skill # required at the corrective action level/resource group level of the respective discrepancy.
From Sign Off Status	The sign off status prior to the latest sign off action on the task.
Sign Off Action	The sign off action performed by the mechanic / inspector, such as Sign Off, Void, Reverse or Reject.
To Sign Off Status	The sign off status after the latest sign off action on the task.
Sign Off Comments	The comments recorded against the sign off action on the task.
Performed Date & Time	The date on and time at which the mechanic / inspector sign off the task.
