This page allows you to view the details of the maintenance change requests raised against the aircraft. Tell me more.

The “View Maintenance Change Request” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft on which the MCRs listed in the multiline, are raised.

Variable Tab #

The variable tab number of the aircraft on which the MCRs listed in the multiline, are raised.

Part #

The part number to which the component belongs.

Component #

The number identifying the component on which the MCRs listed in the multiline, are raised.

The system displays the following fields in the “MCR Details” multiline:

MCR #

The number identifying the maintenance change request raised on the aircraft or component.

Revision #

The revision number of the maintenance change request.

Subject

The textual description of the maintenance change request.

Status

The status of the maintenance change request, which could be one of the following:

 
  • Fresh – When the maintenance change request is created

 
  • Confirmed – When the maintenance change request is cancelled

 
  • Revised – When the maintenance change request is revised

 
  • Processed – When the maintenance change request is processed into engineering document.

User Status

The user-defined status of the maintenance change request as specified in the “Maintenance Change Request” business component.

Created Date

The date on which the maintenance change request is created.

Source Document Type

The type of the modification document or the source document of the change request.

MCM #

The number identifying the MCM that processed the change request.

Change Doc Type

The type of the change request document, which could be “MCR” .

Engineering Document #

The number identifying the change request.

Compliance Status

The compliance status of the change request.

Execution Order #

The number identifying the execution work order.

Execution Mode

The mode of execution, which can be “Hangar Work Order” or “Component Work Order”.

Execution Location

The work center where the work order was executed.

Compiled Date

The date on which the work order was closed.

Note: If “Display Option” is selected as ‘Component’ in the “Select Aircraft / Component” page, the system displays MCRs generated for the selected part with the part identifier as ‘Internal’, and also retrieves MCRs for the alternate parts defined in the “Part Administration” business component for the selected part, with part identifier as ‘Supplier’.

View Mod Status - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the details of the maintenance change requests raised against the aircraft or component selected in the previous page. The details such as the aircraft registration number, variable tab number, part number and component ID are displayed by the system. The MCR details such as the MCR number, revision number, description, status, user status and the date on which the engineering document  was created are displayed in the multiline.
