Viewing schedule information for engineering document
This page enables you to view the periodicity information for the selected engineering document. Tell me more.
Select the “View Schedule Information” link at the bottom of the “View Engineering Document” page.
The “View Periodicity Information” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are to be entered in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” component by default. |
The system displays the following in “Eng Doc Details” group box:
Eng. Doc # |
The engineering document for which the periodicity details are displayed. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the engineering document. |
Subject |
The textual description of the engineering document. |
Schedule Type |
The schedule type of the engineering document, which could be “One-Time” or “Repeating”. |
Update Part Maint. Program |
Indicates whether the part maintenance program must be updated. The system displays one of the options “Yes” or “No”. |
Enter the following fields in the “Task – Applicability Group Details” group box:
Task – Applicability Group Details |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task – applicability group, which gives the description of the Task # and Maintenance Object # (Aircraft Reg # or Part # - Serial #) as defined in the selected Applicability Group #. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
The system displays the following in the Task – Applicability Group Details” group box:
Task Description |
A description of the task as defined in the interacting “Maintenance Task” business component for “Existing/Improvised” tasks or as defined in the engineering document for “New” tasks. |
Aircraft Reg. #/ Part-Serial # |
The aircraft registration numbers or part-serial numbers defined for the Applicability Group # separated by a comma. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Date Based Schedule Details” group box:

Viewing periodicity information for engineering document – An overview
This page enables you to view the periodicity information for the selected engineering document.
Date based schedule details
Engineering documents can be of type “One-Time” or “Recurring ”. In the case of “One-Time” engineering document, the maximum number of days or hours within which the Engineering document task must be executed, is specified. In the case of recurring engineering document, the interval in which the Engineering document task must be repeated, is specified.
Parameter based schedule details
The system displays the code of the parameter based on which the engineering document execution must take place, parameter description and unit of measurement for the parameter. The threshold value of the parameter based on which the engineering document must be completed, the repeat interval value of the consumption parameter and the terminating value are also displayed in the multiline.
