Viewing reference information for engineering document

This page allows you to view reference information for the selected engineering document. The execution of engineering document might involve referencing of previously executed documents, manuals, drawings, etc. These details are recorded as the reference information in the “Edit Engineering Document” activity.

Select the “View References Information” link at the bottom of the “View Engineering Order” page.

The “View References Information” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Eng. Doc. Details” group box:

Eng. Doc #	The engineering document for which the reference details are displayed.
Revision #	The revision number of the engineering document.
Subject	The textual description of the engineering document.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reference Document Details” multiline:

Reference Doc Type	The type of the reference document.
Document ID	The number identifying the reference document that must be referred during engineering document execution.
File name	The name of the file that contains the reference document details.
