Viewing modification plan information of engineering document
This page allows you to view the details of the modification plan of engineering document. Tell me more.
Select the “View Mod Plan Information” link at the bottom of the “Select Engineering Document” page.
The “View Mod Plan” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Eng. Doc. Details” group box:
Eng. Doc # |
The engineering document for which the modification plan information is displayed. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the engineering document. |
Subject |
The textual description of the engineering document. |
Eff. From Date |
The date from which the MCR is effective. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Mod Plan Details” multiline:
Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the aircraft. |
Aircraft Model # |
The number identifying the aircraft model. |
Manufacturer Serial # |
The MSN or the manufacturer’s serial number given to the aircraft by the manufacturer at the time of production. |
Part # |
The part number for which the engineering document is applicable. |
Part Serial Number |
The serial number of the part, for which the engineering document is applicable. |
Schedule Date |
The date on which the engineering document execution must be started. |
Compliance Date |
The Maximum limit on or before of which the change order must be executed for the aircraft |
Compliance Date Calculation
The compliance date is calculated against each parameter of the aircraft or component.
Compliance Date = Current Server date +((Threshold Value - Current Value)/Utilization Value). Using this formula, the system calculates the compliance date and displays it in “Compliance Date” field.
Viewing modification plan information of engineering document – An overview
Depending upon the due date and the periodicity details of an engineering document, the engineering document will be scheduled against each aircraft or component. The execution dates are arrived at, based on the current value, the expected utilization (if the engineering document has a usage based compliance) and the availability of execution facilities. The aircraft or component serial number wise engineering document execution dates are described in the “Mod Plan”.
This page allows you to view the details of the modification plan of engineering document. Details such as the variable tab number for which the engineering document is applicable (for aircraft applicability), the part number, part serial number (for component or engine applicability) and the date on which the engineering document is scheduled to be started, are displayed in the multiline.
