Help on scenario number
This page allows you to retrieve the details of scenarios that are already defined. You can carry out the search using the scenario number, applicability group number and scenario description. The system displays details such as scenario number, description, and applicability group number.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Scenario #” field in the main page.
The “Help on Scenario number” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the ”Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:
Change Request # |
The change request number selected in the main page. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the change request. |
Change Doc Type |
The type of the change document, which could be “MCR”. |
User Status |
The user defined status of the change document. |
Subject |
The description of the change request. |
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a work unit. Data entry in the following fields is optional:
Scenario # |
The number identifying the scenario for which the details are to be viewed (Integer). You can enter the number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the scenarios whose number is similar to the value entered here. |
Applicability Group # |
The number of the applicability group for which you wish to perform the cost benefit analysis (Integer). You can enter the number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the scenarios whose applicability group number is similar to the value entered here. |
Scenario Description |
The textual description of the scenario (Alphanumeric, 255). You can enter the description in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the scenarios with description that match the text entered here. |
Click the “Search” button to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the ”Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:
Scenario # |
The number identifying the scenario for which you wish to perform the cost benefit analysis. |
Scenario description |
The textual description of the scenario. |
Applicability # |
The number of the applicability group for which you wish to perform the cost benefit analysis |
Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the scenario.
Click the “OK” button.
