This page allows you to view the MCM information regarding a particular engineering document.
Select the “View MCR Reference Details” link at the bottom of the “Edit Engineering Document” page.
The “View MCR Reference Details” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following field in the “Eng. Doc. Details” group box:
Eng. Doc # |
The engineering document selected in the main page. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the engineering document. |
Subject |
The textual description of the engineering document. |
The system displays the following field in the “Related MCR References” multiline:
MCR # |
The number of the maintenance change request for which the engineering document is created. |
The system displays the following fields in the “engineering document Execution Details“ group box:
MCR # |
The number of the maintenance change request for which the engineering document is created. |
Click the hyperlinked MCR number in the multiline to view the maintenance change request details.
Revision # |
The revision number of the maintenance change request. |
Subject |
The textual description of the engineering document. |
MCR Issue Date |
The date on which the MCR was issued. |
Process Ref. # |
The unique number assigned to the processed MCR. |
Click the hyperlinked process reference number in the multiline hyperlink to view the MCR processing details.
Process Ref. Status |
The status of the MCR which could be “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Revised” or “Processed”. |
Source Doc. Type |
The type of the source document to which the MCR belongs. |
Processed on: Aircraft Reg # |
The number identifying the aircraft on which the MCR is executed. This value is displayed only if the applicability of the engineering document is “Aircraft”. |
Processed on: Component # |
The number identifying the component on which the MCR is executed. This value is displayed only if the applicability of the engineering document is “Component” or “Engine”. |
Processed on: Part # |
The number identifying the part on which the MCR is executed. This value is displayed only if the applicability of the engineering document is “Component” or “Engine”. |
Processed on: Serial # |
The number identifying the serial number of the component for which the MCR is applicable. |
Mode of Execution |
The mode of executing a change request. It could be by creating a new engineering order document or by using / revising an existing engineering order document. |
Associated By |
The name of the person who confirmed the process change request. |
Associated Date |
The date on which the process change request was confirmed. |
Created by |
The name of the user who created the engineering document. |
Created Date |
The date on which the engineering document was created. |
Last Modified by |
The name of the user who last modified the engineering document. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the engineering document was last modified. |
Released by |
The name of the user who released the engineering document. |
Release Date |
The date on which the engineering document was released. |
