Selecting authorization committee for modifying details

This page allows you to select the authorization committee for modifying the details. You can search for an authorization committee based on the authorization committee number, level number and the status. Based on the search criteria, the system displays the authorization committee details in the multiline.

Select the “Edit Authorization Committee” link under the “Engineering Document” business component.

The “Select Authorization Committee” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for the authorization committee.

Authorization Committee #	The number identifying the authorization committee for which you wish to modify the details (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the authorization committee number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all authorization committee numbers that are similar to the number entered here.
Level #	The number identifying the level of the authorization committee for which you wish to modify the details (Integer). The system retrieves the authorization committees that have the level number specified here.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the authorization committee. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”, and retrieves the authorization committee of the status specified here. Leave this field blank to retrieve the authorization committee irrespective of the status.

Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the search results.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Authorization Committee #	The authorization committee retrieved by the system.
Level #	The number identifying the level of the authorization committee.
Status	The status of the authorization committee, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the authorization committee for modifying the details.
