Note: This page can also be invoked from the “Create Engineering Document”.

The  “Edit MCR Reference Details” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following field in the “Eng. Doc. Details” group box:

Eng. Doc #

The engineering document for which the details of the MCR references are being updated.

Revision #

The revision number of the engineering document.

Subject

The textual description of the engineering document.

  Enter the following in the “MCR Effectivity” multiline.

MCR #

The reference number of the maintenance change request which needs to be referenced against the engineering document.

Help facility available.

Revision #

The revision number of the maintenance change request.

Subject

The textual description of the engineering document.

MCR Issue Date

The date on which the MCR was issued.

Processed on:  Aircraft Reg #

The number identifying the aircraft on which the MCR needs to be executed as part of the engineering document.

Note the following:

  • This column is displayed only if the applicability of the engineering document is “Aircraft”.

  • The system lists only those aircrafts that are defined in the “Edit Aircraft Effectivity” page of the current business component..

Processed on:  Component #

The number identifying the component on which the MCR needs to be executed as part of the engineering document.

Note the following:

  • This column is displayed only if the applicability of the engineering document is “Engine” or “Component”.

  • The system lists only those components that are defined in the “Edit Serial Number Effectivity” page of the current business component.

Processed on:  Part #

The number identifying the part on which the MCR needs to be executed as part of the engineering document.

Note the following:

  • This column is displayed only if the applicability of the engineering document is “Engine” or “Component”.

  • The system lists only those components that are defined in the “Edit Part Number Effectivity” page of the current business component.

Processed on:  Serial #

The number identifying the serial number on which the MCR needs to be executed as part of the engineering document.

Note the following:

  • This column is displayed only if the applicability of the engineering document is “Engine” or “Component”.

  • The system lists only those components that are defined in the “Edit Serial Number Effectivity” page of the current business component.

Processing comments

Textual comments on the association of the maintenance change request to the engineering document.

Process Ref. #

A unique number associated to the MCR # - Revision # combination.

Revision #

The revision number of the maintenance change request.

Subject

The textual description of the engineering document.

MCR Issue Date

The date on which the MCR was issued.

Process Ref. #

The unique number assigned to the processed MCR.

Process Ref Status

The status of the Process Change Request #, which could be “Fresh” or “Confirmed”.

Source Doc. Type

The type of the source document associated to the MCR.

Mode of Execution

The mode of executing a change request on the maintenance object, aircraft or part / serial through the engineering document.

Associated By

The login user id of the employee using the engineering document which is referenced to the MCR.

Associated Date

The date on which the engineering document was referenced to the MCR.

  Click the “Edit MCR Ref. Details” pushbutton to modify the details of the MCR.

To proceed, carry out the following

 Select the “View MCR Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the maintenance change request.

Select the “View MCR Processing Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the processing details of the maintenance change request.
