Viewing discrepancy deferral history

Select the “View Discrepancy Deferral History” link in the “View Discrepancy Information” page.

The “View Discrepancy Deferral History” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Discrepancy Details” group box:

Discrepancy #	The number of the discrepancy created for the aircraft.
Discrepancy Description	The short name/description of the discrepancy.
Discrepancy Type	The type of the discrepancy such as “MIREP” and “PIREP”.
Applicability	Indicates whether the maintenance report is applicable for “Aircraft”, “Engine” or “Component”.
Record Status	The status of the discrepancy or maintenance report, which can be “Fresh” or “Pending”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Maint. Object Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg #	The registration number of the aircraft against which the discrepancy has been raised.
Aircraft Model #	The model number of the aircraft against which the discrepancy has been raised.

The system displays the following fields in the “Deferral History” multiline:

Revision Count	The number of times the discrepancy has been deferred.
Reason for Deferral	The reason for deferring the discrepancy.
Deferral Type	The deferral type of the discrepancy, such as “CDL” and “MEL”.
Deferral Item #	The deferral item # of the discrepancy.
Repeat?	Indicates whether the discrepancy requires inspection at specified intervals or not.
Deferral Authorization #	The authorization number allotted to the deferral.
Deferred Date	The date on which the maintenance report was deferred.
Deferral Comments	Additional comments about the deferral, if any.
Deferred By	The name of the user who has deferred the maintenance report.
Deferred at Org. Unit	The organization unit where the maintenance report was deferred.
