Configuration Review – An overview

The Configuration Review business component allows you to view the configuration details of an aircraft or component. Aircraft consists of innumerable major assemblies, sub-assemblies and components. The original configuration of an aircraft or a major assembly can undergo modifications during its operating life. This business component enables you to view the component replacements that have been performed and the relevant consumption and range parameters of the aircraft/component.

You can view the configuration history details as on a given date. The system rebuilds the configuration based on the date provided, and depicts the configuration in a tree structure. You can also view the history of the removed parent components, and the child components that are attached and/or removed from a selected aircraft. The details regarding the components that are attached and/or removed on a position can also be viewed for the given date.
