Viewing part details for aircraft configuration

This page allows you to view the part details for the aircraft configuration. Tell me more

Select the “View Parts List” link at the bottom of the “Select Aircraft” page.

The “View Part List” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Aircraft Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the part details are displayed.
Configuration Class	The configuration class associated to the aircraft.
Revision #	The revision number of the aircraft configuration.

Enter the following fields in the “Display Filter” group box:

Part #	The part number for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the part numbers, which are similar to the values entered here.
ATA #	The ATA chapter associated to the part (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the part numbers that are associated to the ATA chapter entered here.
Show Distinct	Check this box to retrieve each part once in the multiline, irrespective of multiple occurrences of the part.

Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system retrieves all the part numbers in the aircraft configuration, in the multiline.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to The system displays the following fields in the “Parts List” multiline:

Part #	The number identifying the part.
Part Description	The textual description of the part number.
Equipment Category	The category of the equipment that can be attached to the position code in the aircraft.
Equipment Group	The equipment group to which the equipment category belongs as defined in the “Maintain Cabin Equipment List” activity of Configuration.
Part Type	The type of the part.
Assembly?	Indicates whether configuration details exist for the part. The system displays either “Yes” or “No”.
NHA	The next higher assembly or the parent part.

Note: If the aircraft configuration is in “Fresh” status and if the “Show Distinct” box is checked, the system displays the parent part of the part number that appears first in the configuration.

Quantity / Assembly	The total quantity specified for the part in the assembly.
Number Installed	The total quantity specified for the part in the aircraft.
EIPN	The end item part number (EIPN) or the super parent of the part. The system displays the aircraft number in this field.

Viewing part details for aircraft configuration – An overview

This page allows you to view the part details for the aircraft configuration. You can carry out a search based on the part number or the ATA chapter number. The details of the selected part, such as the part number, its description, type, whether configuration details exist or not for the part and the parent part number can be viewed. Also, the quantity of parts included in the part and aircraft configuration, and the end item part number can be viewed. This page also provides you the option of displaying each part once in the multiline, irrespective of the multiple occurrences of the part in the aircraft configuration.
