This page allows you to view the work scope details.

The "View Work Scope Details" page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. If the format is not defined, the system will display the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Include Child?

Indicates whether child components have to be included in the pending job count.

 

The system displays the following details in the "Component Details" group box:

Part #

The part number to which the component belongs.

Serial #

The serial number of the component.

Component #

The number identifying the component for which the work scope is created.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

ATA #

The ATA chapter to which the component belongs.

Component Family #

The number of the component family to which the component belongs.

Warranty?

Indicates whether the main component has a valid warranty agreement as of the current date.

Discrepancy Count

The number of discrepancies in "Pending" status on the main component or sub-component.

The system displays the following details in the “Customer Order Details” group box:

Customer Order #

The code identifying the customer order.

Promised Delivery Date

The date on which the serviced maintenance object will be delivered to the customer.

Customer Order Desc.

The textual description of the customer order.

The system displays the following details in the “Component Ownership Details” group box:

Ownership

The type of ownership of the component.

Possession Status

The mode of possession of the component.

Owning Agency #

The code identifying the agency that owns the component.

Owning Agency Name

The name of the owning agency.

PBH Coverage

The power by hour coverage for the component, which could be one of the following:

  • Direct - If the main component number on which the work scope is created, is directly listed in the PBH component list for the supplier.

  • Parent – If the component ID/serial number is not available in the PBH component list of the supplier and if the component possession status is selected as “PBH”.

  • Not Applicable - If the component possession status is not  “PBH”.

The system displays one of the above values for the date range falling within the PBH contract period.

The system displays the following details in the "Work Scope Details" group box:

Work Scope #

The number of the work scope to be viewed.

Execution Unit

The execution unit in which the work scope will be executed.

Title

The title of the work scope.

Status

The status of the work scope, which could be "Fresh",  "Released", “Partially Released”, “Closed” or “Canceled”.

Primary Work Center #

The number identifying the primary work center responsible for work scope execution.

Priority

The priority of the work scope.

No. of CWO's Generated

The number of component work order generated on the work scope.

Work Scope Category

The user-defined category to which the work scope belongs.

Work Scope Group

The group to which the work scope belongs.

Work Scope Type

The type of the work scope, which could be “Planned” or “Unplanned”.

Expense Type

The expense type of the work scope.

CAPEX Proposal #

The capital expense proposal number applicable to the work scope.

Comments

Any comment or remark regarding the work scope.

The system displays the following field in the "Planner Group Details" group box:

Planner Group

The number identifying the planner group with which the component is associated.

 Description

The textual description of the planner group.

The system displays the following in the “Pending Job Details” group box:

Pending Jobs Count

The number of pending jobs in the work scope.

Include Child?

Indicates whether child components have to be included in the pending job count.

The system displays the following field in the "Work Unit Details" multiline:

Maintenance Type

The type of maintenance to be carried out on the component.

Work Unit Type

The type of the work unit that must be performed on the component.

Work Unit #

The number of the work unit that must be performed on the component.

Schedule Date

The scheduled date on which the work unit must be performed.

Work Center #

The work center containing the work scope that has to be viewed.

COM Reqd?

Indicates whether CoM is required for the component.

NHA Part #

The parent part number or the next higher assembly for the component.

NHA Serial #

The serial number of the parent part number.

Position Code

The code identifying the physical location to which the component is attached.

Part #

The part number to which the main component belongs.

Serial #

The serial number of the main component.

Work Unit Desc

The textual description of the work unit.

Time Unit

The time unit for the time estimated for work unit execution.

Est. Time

The time estimated for the work unit execution.

Addl. Sch?

Indicates whether the usage-based schedule of the work unit of the component, is associated to any additional base parameters other than the base parameter FH.

Opport. Maint. ?

The system displays "Yes" or "No", to indicate whether the work unit must be performed as opportunity maintenance, or not.

Execution Facility

The location where the work unit must be executed, which could be "In-House" or "Out-Source".

Status

The status of the work scope, which could be "Fresh",  "Released", “Partially Released”, “Closed” or “Canceled”.

On Wing?

Indicates whether the pending jobs are on-wing or off-wing.

Job Source

The source of the work unit to be performed which could be one of the following:

  • Engineering Order

  • FCD

  • CMP

  • Shelf Life Expiry

  • Direct

Source Document Type

The type of the source document. The system displays one of the following:

  • Engineering Order  

  • CMP

  • Shelf- Life Expiry

Source Document #

The number identifying the source document. The system displays one of the following:

  • The number of the engineering order

  • The number of the fleet campaign directive

  • The number of the component replacement transaction when the source of the work unit is "Discrepancy"

Component #

The number identifying the component for which you wish to view the work scope.

The system displays the following in the “Child Component Removal List” multiline:

NHA Part #

The parent part number or the next higher assembly for the component.

NHA Serial #

The serial number of the parent part number.

The system retrieves the above details if the position code is identified in the configuration of the main component in the “Configuration” business component.

Position Code

The code identifying the physical location to which the child component is attached.

Removed Part #

The part number of the removed child component.

Removed Serial #

The serial number of the removed child component.

Removed Part Description

The textual description of the removed part.

Action

The action of the work unit on the child component. The system lists one of the following:

  • “Remove” – If a work unit is performed on a child component, more than once.

  • “Retire” – If a new work unit is added on a child component and if the maintenance type is set as “Retire”.

Work Unit Type

The type of the work unit that must be performed on the component. The system displays the options "Comp. Work package", "Standard Procedure" or "Task".

Work Unit #

The number of the work unit that must be performed on the child component.

Work Unit Desc

The textual description of the work unit.

Pending Jobs Count

The number of pending jobs in the work scope, which must be performed.

Level Code

The number identifying the level at which the child component is removed.

Removed Component #

The number of the child component to be removed from the aircraft.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created by

The name of the user who created the work scope.

Created Date

The date on which the work scope was created.

Last Modified by

The name of the user who last modified the work scope.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the work scope was last modified.
