Create Reasons For Removal – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to create reasons for removal of a component from an aircraft. A component can be removed from an aircraft for reasons, such as inspection, damage or developmental repair. The “Create Reasons For Removal” page enables you to categorize the reasons for removing a component. Each reason is identified with a unique code and a reason category. The reason category classifies the different reasons created in this activity. The system stores the reasons for removal and sets the status to “Active”.
