Reviewing Shop order details
You can view details of the component work order associated to the visit package . Tell me more
Select the “View Component Work Order Details” link of the “Visit Package” business component.
The “Review Shop Order Details” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following in “Visit Package Detail” group box:
Visit Package # |
The number identifying the visit package for which the details are to be viewed. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the visit package |
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft registration number for which the visit package is applicable. |
Status |
The status of the visit package which could be “Fresh”, “Confirmed”, “Partly Released”, “Released” or “Closed”. |
Visit Type |
The type of the visit package, which could be “Planned” or “Unplanned”. |
Visit Category |
The category to which the visit package belongs. |
The system displays the following in the “Component Removal Details” group box:
Component # |
The number identifying Component for which the work order is applicable. |
Component Replacement # |
The component replacement transaction number created for the removal of component ID. |
Part # |
The part that has been removed. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the part that has been removed. |
Work Order # |
The work order created for the component removal transaction. |
Job Status |
The job status of the work order, which could be “Fresh”, “Cancelled”,”Scheduled”,”In-Progress”,”Completed”,”Pre-closed”,”Closed” or “Reversed”. |
The system displays the following in the “Shop Order Details” multiline :
Component Work Order # |
The CWO number for which the details are displayed. |
Maintenance Type |
The maintenance type to which the CWO belongs. |
CWO Status |
The status of the CWO which could be one of the following:

Work center # |
The work center to which a component work order is allotted. This work center indicates the place for maintenance execution. |
Sch. Start Date & Time |
The date and time on which the component work order execution is scheduled for start (Date Format). |
Actual Start Date & Time |
The date and time on which the component work order execution starts (Date Format). |
Sch. End Date & Time |
The date and time on which the component work order execution is scheduled for completion (Date Format). |
Actual End Date & Time |
The date and time on which the component work order got executed. (Date Format). |
Time Unit |
The time unit of start and end date could be in Hours, Days or Months. |
Est. Elapsed Time. |
The time estimated to complete the CWO execution. |
Est. Man Hrs |
The total man hours estimated to complete the task. |
CWO Priority |
The priority for execution of the component work order. |
User Status |
The user-defined status of the component work order |
CWO Description |
The textual description of the component work order. |
Work Center Description |
The textual description of the work center |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to mark the quick code for deletion.
Click the Delete icon in the tool bar above the multiline, to delete the quick codes selected in the multiline.
Click the “Create Quick Codes” pushbutton, to create the quick codes.
Reviewing shop order details – An overview
On Selecting this link from View shop order details, all the associated component work order which is associated to the visit package is displayed in the shop order detail multiline.
