Viewing execution capabilities of a work center

This page allows you to view the execution facility of a work center. Tell me more

Select the “View Workcenter Capability” link in the “Work Unit Selection” page of the “Allocate Work units” activity.

The “Execution Center Capability” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Unit Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft selected in the “Aircraft Selection” page
Aircraft Model #	The model to which the aircraft belongs

Enter the following field:

Work Unit #

Use the drop-down list box to select the work unit for which you need to view work center capability. The system lists all the work units that are selected in the multiline of the previous page.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton provided alongside, to retrieve all the work centers that are capable of executing the specified work unit.

The system displays the following fields:

Job Type	The job type of the work unit such as “Component Removal”, “Aircraft” and “On Wing”.
Part #	The part number of the component on which the work unit is to be performed.
Maintenance Type	The type of the maintenance work, such as ”Overhaul”, ”Repair”, “Inspection” and ”Others”

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton alongside, to retrieve all the work centers that are capable of executing the specified work unit.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Center Capacity Details” multiline:

Execution Unit	The execution unit with which the work center is associated
Work Center #	The work center that is capable of executing the specified work unit
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center
Work Center Category	The category to which the work center belongs

Viewing execution capabilities of a work center – An overview

This page allows you to view the execution facility of a work center. The visit planner confirms whether the work unit can be performed in a work center before allocating it to that execution unit. You can specify the work unit for which you need to view the work centers that are capable of executing it. The system displays all the work centers that have the facilities to execute the specified work unit.
