Viewing precluded work unit information

This page allows you to view the precluded work units. You can specify the work unit for which you need to view the precluded work units. The system displays all the work units that are precluded to the selected work unit.

Select the “View Precluded Work unit Details” link in the “Assignment Information” page.

The “View Precluded Work unit Details” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed, in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following field in the “Aircraft Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg #	The registration number of the aircraft
Aircraft Model #	The model to which the aircraft belongs
Visit Package #	The visit package selected in the previous page
Execution Unit	The organization unit in which the visit package is executed
Primary Work Center #	The code identifying the work center where the visit package is executed
Grounding Date	The grounding date of the aircraft for the execution of the visit package

Enter the following field:

Work Unit #

Use the drop-down list box to select the work unit for which you wish to view the precluded work units. The system displays all the work units with the “Precluded WU Status” as “Superseding” for the selected visit package and execution unit.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton provided alongside, to retrieve the precluded work units for the superseding work unit.

Work Unit Type	The type of the precluded work unit, which could be “Task”, “Standard Procedure” or “Work Package”.
Work Unit Desc	The textual description of the work unit.

The system displays the following in the “Precluded Work unit Details” multiline:

Work Unit #	The precluded work unit retrieved by the system
Work Unit Type	The type of the precluded work unit, which could be “Task”, “Standard. Procedure” or “Work Package”
Schedule Date	The date on which the precluded work unit is scheduled to be executed
Latest Compliance Date	The date beyond which the precluded work unit cannot be postponed
Work Center #	The code identifying the work center with which the work unit is associated
Est. Man Hrs.	The estimated time required, in man hours, for the completion of the work unit
ATA #	The number that identifies the system in the aircraft where the work unit is executed
Source	The source of the work unit, such as “Aircraft Forecast”, “Component Forecast”, “Deferral List “ and “Engineering”
Change Doc Type	The type of the change document such as “EO” and “FCD”
Work Unit Desc	The textual description of the precluded work unit
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center
