For calendar-based schedules:
Escalated Till Date = Date of Short Term Escalation + Escalated by (Days)
For usage-based schedules:
Escalated Till Date = Date of Short Term Escalation + ((value as on Short Term Escalation Date + Escalated Value)/Average Utilization Factor per day)
The system retrieves the Utilization factor from the associated master parameter. The parameter value is based on the Time Display Format selected against the parameter in the “Aircraft” business component. For example, if 1.90 is entered and the “Time Display Format” is selected as “HHMM”, the system automatically converts and stores the value as 2.50, but displays the value as 2.30.
Note: You can escalate an already escalated task successively, if the “Allow Back to Back Escalation?” is set to “No” in the Set Options activity.
