Basics of using a typical web page

This page allows you to view the details of the created aircraft model. You can carry out a search based on the organizational unit name. The details of the selected aircraft model such as model, model description, manufacturer and type of the aircraft, status, creation date and the last modified date are displayed.

The “View Aircraft Model” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Org Unit Name

Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit where the aircraft model to be viewed, was created. The system lists all the aircraft models that are created in the OU specified here. By default, the system sets this field to the organizational unit you have logged into.

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Result” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Aircraft Model #

The number identifying the aircraft model.

Model Description

The textual description of the aircraft model.

Manufacturer #

The code identifying the aircraft manufacturer

Model Type

The type of the aircraft model.

Type certificate #

The type certificate number given to the aircraft model.

Status

The status of the aircraft model, which could either, be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Created Date

The date on which the aircraft model was created.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the aircraft model was last modified.

File Name

The file name of the document that contains the aircraft model information (Alphanumeric, 30).
