Generate Serviceable Certificate - A summary of the activity

This activity enables you to generate serviceable certificate for a part that is removed from an aircraft. You can generate the serviceable certificate for a part which is removed from an aircraft in serviceable condition or which is moved to Ship-on-Shelf (SOS) disposition and confirmed as ‘No Fault Found’. The certificate is generated for these parts before they are required to be moved to a serviceable stock / stores.

You can perform the following using this activity:

• Generate serviceable certificate for a component that is removed from an aircraft directly in serviceable condition through a component replacement transaction.

• Generate serviceable certificate for a part which is moved to Ship-on-Shelf (SOS) disposition and confirmed as ‘No Fault Found’.

• Reprint the existing certificate without modifying the existing certificate.
