Viewing customer account group details
In this page you can view the details of the customer account groups created in the system. Tell me more
Select “View Customer Account Group” link under the “Account Group” business component.
The “View Customer Account Group” page appears.
The system displays the following fields:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following:
Customer Account Group |
A unique code identifying the customer account group. (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the customer account groups whose codes are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to search for all groups irrespective of the group name. |
Select the “View Associated Customers” link alongside to view the details on the associated Customers.
To search for customer account group
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Customer Account Group |
A unique code identifying the customer account group. (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the customer account groups whose codes are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to search for all groups irrespective of the group name. |
Account Group Description |
The textual description of the customer account group (Alphanumeric, 100). |
Customer # |
A unique number identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter this code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the customers whose codes are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to search for all customers irrespective of the customer numbers. |
Customer Name |
The name of the customer (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the customers whose names are similar to the value entered here. Leave this field blank to search for all customers irrespective of the customer names. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the customer account groups to be searched. The system displays the options “Active” and “Inactive” or leaves the field blank. The system leaves this field blank, by default. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:
Customer Account Group |
A unique code identifying the customer account group. |
Account Group Description |
A textual description of the customer account group. |
Reference Status |
The status of the customer account group. |
Customer Count |
The total number of customers who are associated with the corresponding customer account group. |
Created At |
The organization unit at which the customer account group was created. |
Created By |
The login user ID of the employee who created the customer account group. |
Created Date |
The date on which the customer account group was created. |
Last Modified By |
The name of the employee who last modified the account group. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the account group was last modified. |

In this page you can view the details of the customer account groups created in the system. You can perform a search based on the customer account group, customer account group description, customer name, customer # and the status of the customer account group.
