Re-routing the document

This page can be used to re-route the document.

The “Re-Route The Document” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields must be entered in this page. The specified format is DD-MM-YYYY.

Area Description

The description of the area for which the document is to be re-routed (Alphanumeric, 40).

To Do Description

The description of the to-do task (Alphanumeric, 256).

Current Org. Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the organization unit of the user for whom the document has been routed.

Current User

The user for whom the document has been routed (Alphanumeric, 30).

From Date

The date on or after which the documents have been created (Date format).

To Date

The date on or before which the documents have been created (Date format).

Document Number

The number of the document, which is to be re-routed (Alphanumeric, 128).

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Area Description

The description of the area.

To Do Description

The description of the ‘to do’ task.

Document Number

The number which uniquely identifies the document.

Document Date

The creation date of the document.

Current State

The current state of the document.

Next State

The state to which the document will move after user’s action.

Current Org. Unit

The organization unit of the current user.

Current User

The user for whom the document has been routed.

Re-Routed Org. Unit

The organization unit to which the document has to be re-routed (Alphanumeric, 16). Click on the lens icon to launch the “Help on org unit Screen”.

Help facility available.

The system displays the following field:

Org. Unit Description

The description of the re-routed organization unit.

Re-Routed User Name

The user name to whom the document needs to be re-routed (Alphanumeric, 30).
