Viewing Error Log
This page can be used to find out the reason and other details of an error log.
Select the “View Error Log” link under the “My Page” business component.
The “View Error Log” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields must be entered in this page. The specified format is DD-MM-YYYY. |
Enter the following field:
Area |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the name of the area for a document defined in workflow. |
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box. The data entry in these fields is optional.
Document Number |
The application document number (Integer). |
Initiator |
The name of the user who initiated the task (Alphanumeric, 30). |
From Date |
The initialization date of the document. (Date format). |
To Date |
The completion date of the document (Date format). |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to view search results.
The system displays the following in the multiline:
Pending Task |
The task just before which the error was logged. |
Document Number |
The application document number. |
Document Date |
The initialization date of the document. |
Current State |
The current status of the document. |
Next State |
The next status based on the pending task. |
Error Reason |
The reason for the error to have occurred. |
You can specify the document number and check the pending task, its status and the error reason.
