Setting options for service pricelist

This activity allows you to set the default options for the service price list document flow.

Select the “Set Option” link under the “Service Price List” business component.

The “Set Option” page appears

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Enter the following fields in the “Option Setting Details” group box:

Activation of Service Price List

Use the drop-down list box to specify the option for activation of the service price list:

Required - Select this option if the activation if the service price list should follow the regular activation cycle.
Not Required – Select this option if the activation if the service price list should need not to follow regular activation cycle.
Required only for Revisions - Select this option if the service price list need to follow regular activation cycle only when revision takes place.

Click the “Set Options” pushbutton to set the default options for the service price list.

The system displays the following field in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the option settings.
Last modified Date	The date on which option settings were last modified.
